Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All of our shipping rates are priced out based on your delivery address and the weight of your package. Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of when the order was placed — with the exception of high volume periods (e.g. release days), in which case it might take us an extra day or two to get to your order.

You will receive a confirmation when you place you order, and also once we ship it. If you don't receive one within the parameters outlined above, feel free to reach out to us and we'll get to the bottom of it :)

Returns

All sales on the QS webstore are final. We can facilitate returns only if we ship an incorrect item by mistake, or if the item is defective. Please reach out to us if that is the case.
